Review #1

Excellent for those who are physically challenged

My yoga instructor let me borrow this book and I am glad she did. Like it so well I bought my own copy. It provides a great and easy way to ease into yoga and is a must for those who have no desire to be able to one day turn into a pretzel, but simply want to feel better. Best part is that the book offers easy and practical strectches that one can do using things around the house - you don't have to go out and buy any new equipment to get started. Another benefit is that many of the poses can be done anywhere without any equipment so you can stretch throughout the day if you start feeling stressed or your muscles get tight.

Review #2

Yoga for Wimps

This is a great book for finding adaptations of traditional Yoga poses for those who are new to yoga or who need to make modifications to poses for health reasons. I have been a Yoga Teacher for many years and I am always looking for ways to make Yoga accessible to everyone. I highly recommend this book for new Yoga students and Teachers alike.

Review #3

Yoga for Wimps

/very good instructions for those not able to do regular or more strenuous yoga poses. Especially helpful to those handicapped by age, arthritis or recovering from an illness or surgery.
