Informative charts covering seed germination, soil nutrient deficiency, spacing suggestions, heat content of various chiles and more. Especially liked the many layout suggestions for an intensive garden. Many sources for specific vegetables in six different kitchen gardens including vegetarian, French and Mexican. Clever ideas for container gardening. My only negative comment: I found the small size of the book to be awkward.
