got this as a gift for an 11 yr old. She loves it and was drawing beautiful animals the first try. very nice

This book is amazing, and the author is an amzing drawer. But it is a little hard to follow for us slow learners, haha. But once you practice it surley will help you a ton. Also check out Draw Real People!

Great Guide for Drawing Anaimals
This book gives not only the basic shapes of animals but also the way to illustrate the fur and feathers found on most animals. A good reference book as well as instruction book.
